Refund Policy

Last updated 17 June 2026

The Paris Eater map is a digital product that's unlocked instantly the moment your payment goes through. For that reason, purchases are non-refundable. I've set it up this way so the price can stay low and honest at €12, and so you can try before you buy.

Try it free before you pay

Around twenty spots are free to browse, with full names, photos and reviews. That's there precisely so you can get a real feel for the Map, how it looks and how it works, before you decide to unlock the rest. I'd always recommend having a proper look around the free version first.

Digital goods and your right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is supplied immediately, that right does not apply once delivery has begun, where you have agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and unlocking the Map, you agree to immediate delivery and accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies.

If something has gone wrong

If you were charged twice, can't access what you paid for, or hit a genuine technical fault, that's a different matter and I want to put it right. Email me at richard@pariseater.com with your purchase details and I'll sort it out, including a refund where it's warranted.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable law that can't be excluded.
